A QR code menu you can actually update

Prices change. Dishes sell out. Specials rotate. Reprinting and re-laminating every table tent to keep up is expensive and slow — and most restaurant QR codes can't be changed at all once they're printed.

How it works

Point a QR code at your menu — either by uploading it as a PDF, or linking to a menu page you already host — and print it once on your table tents, stickers, or laminated cards.

When the menu changes

You don't touch the printed table tent at all. Upload the new PDF (or update your hosted menu page), then edit the QR code's destination to point at the new version. Every table already carrying the old code now serves the current menu, immediately.

How to set it up

  1. Choose PDF as the QR type and upload your current menu — or choose Website and link to a menu page you already host.
  2. Generate the QR code and print it on your table tents or stickers.
  3. Next time the menu changes: upload the new PDF (or update your page), then edit the QR code's destination to point at it.

Picking a plan

Since a menu changes on its own schedule, not once, a monthly or yearly plan generally makes more sense for table QR codes than the 48-hour one — it gives you a longer window to keep editing the same printed codes as the menu evolves.

Try it now: upload your menu, generate the code, and print your table tents once.

Frequently asked

Do I need a new QR code every time the menu changes?

No. Upload the new menu, edit the QR code's destination to point at it, and the table tents you already printed keep working unchanged.

Can I link to a menu I already host online, instead of uploading a PDF?

Yes — use the Website type and point it at your existing menu page.

What happens if I forget to renew my plan?

Each code keeps redirecting until the plan window it was created under runs out. Renewing later doesn't extend that specific code, but does let you generate a fresh one.
