These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QR Code Generator service available at encryptit.space (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Coordinate Technology Ltd ("Coordinate Technology", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service lets you generate QR codes for websites, social media links, Instagram profiles, and PDF documents. Most QR codes generated through the Service are dynamic: they encode a redirect link that we control, so you can change the destination later and view scan statistics, without needing to reprint the QR code image itself.
You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.
Access to QR code generation requires an active paid plan. Plans are billed once for a fixed period (48 hours, one month, one year) or as a one-time lifetime purchase — none of them renew automatically. Prices are shown at checkout and are processed by our payment provider, Paystack. We do not store your card details.
Because you get full digital access immediately after payment, and can generate and use QR codes right away, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute QR codes that:
We may suspend or delete any QR code, and suspend or terminate any account, that we reasonably believe violates this section — including redirecting an affected QR code to a warning page instead of the original destination.
You retain ownership of the links, files, and other content you submit to the Service. By uploading a file (for example, a PDF), you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a limited license to store and serve it back to people who scan the associated QR code.
We aim to keep the Service, and the redirects behind existing QR codes, available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (hosting, database, or payment providers), or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If your account is terminated for a violation, QR codes you created may stop resolving.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coordinate Technology Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business, data, or goodwill.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of where you access the Service from.
